Q: How do I know the items or sneakers your store offers are 100% Authentic?

A: ALL of our SNEAKERS are 100% LEGIT. All items being sold on Ballers Club Kickz go through an authentication process. Also, we get our shoes directly from many different retail stores with original receipts.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept many different forms of payment such as credit/debit cards and NFC mobile payments.

Q: Why does the same model shoe have different pricing for specific sizes?

A: The same model shoe has different pricing because of supply and demand in those specific sizes. Some sizes are more limited than others due to the manufacturer only making a certain amount of shoes in that specific size.

Q: Do you offer buyouts if I wanted to sell my personal collection or just a single pair of shoes?

A: Yes, we do offer buyouts on many different models. Also, we do buy bulk items from individuals but it does require to go through our authentication process first.

Q: Can you deliver the shoes to my residence or apartment if I didn’t want the item shipped or have to pick it up?

Q: Do you have a physical location?

A: No, we do not have a physical location yet but we are looking into opening up a store. We are ONLY an E Commerce store at the moment that only offers curbside pick up for items that are ordered online.

Q: Do you sell preowned items?

A: No, at the moment we do not sell any preowned items but we are going to start selling preowned items soon.

Q: Do you offer any layaway options?

A: Yes, we do offer multiple layaway options and are partnered up with Afterpay, Sezzle, and ZIP. Afterpay, Sezzle, and ZIP offers a split to any purchase into 4 interest-free payments online.

Q: Do you take trade ins?

A: Yes, we do take trade ins but we only take trade ins on specific models of shoes or apparel.

Q: Do you offer any Consignment?

A: No, as of right now we do not accept consignment on any items but we are planning on opening up consignment for all items.

Q: Do you offer any deals if I am bulk buying items?

Q: Do you have a rewards system?

A: Yes, we launched a rewards system this month for all customers who are subscribed and have an account with our online store only. When you spend over $500 in transactions on our store you will automatically be sent an electronic gift card via email or text which can only to be used on our website.

 Q: If I had a question about a specific product how quickly would I get a response?

A: You will receive a response within 10 to 15 minutes.

Q: Are there any benefits to following your social media?

A: Yes, we offer special discounts on certain items via Instagram on our story. We also do giveaways which includes sneakers and apparel.

Q: Do the shoes for the brand YEEZY fit true to size?

A: No, some yeezy's don't fit true to size. For Example, Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 are true to size but the Adidas Yeezy 350 run smaller. Also, the Adidas Yeezy Foam Runner and Adidas Yeezy Slide run small too. We recommend you go up one whole size.

Q: How do I convert Women's size to Men's or vice versa?

A: The way the conversion works with Women sizing to Men's is you would need to go down one whole size and a half. For Example, the Air Jordan 11 Retro Cool Grey in a size 11.5 Women's would be converted to a size 10 in Men's or a size 10 in Men's would be converted to a size 11.5 Women's.

Q: Why is their a QR Code on your tag?

A: We decided to put QR codes on our tags because we want to ensure to all our customers the shoes we sell on our site is authentic and is verified directly from us only. We built a system which will be broken up into three stages. Step one will be once you scan the QR code you will be redirected to link stating your shoes have been verified by Ballers Club Kickz, which can't be duplicated due to each QR code having it's own built in serial number. Step two will be adding your online order receipt to the specific QR code that was assigned to your shoe incase you cant find your original email receipt. Step three will be combined with step two to show you our verification process page.

Q: Do your prices fluctuate from day to day?

A: Certainly! Prices are subject to daily changes, influenced by the dynamics of the market on third-party platforms. The sneaker market experiences fluctuations, so prices may go up or down at any given time, every day.
